SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 serving with 8oz–12oz of water or juice 1–2 times per day. As an adult dietary supplement take 1–2 servings with 6–8 oz of water per day.
LOADING PHASE: Take 1 serving 4 times per day for 3 days.
